Signup Questions & Answers

How do I create my account?

Signing up is easy. Select the account you want in the table above. Click 'Signup' or 'Buy Now'. Fill in your details in the form, accept the terms & conditions and you're done. Your account is now created. If it's a paid account, please make payment to activate your account. Free accounts are activated immediately.

What does active spaces mean?

Spaces have two states: active and archived. Only your active spaces count towards the space number limit of your account. You can have an unlimited number of archived spaces.

How many people can use my account?

All accounts have unlimited users. We do not charge extra per user. You can bring people into your Get it Done account under the people-tab of your account.

Can I try it first?

Of course! You can signup for a free account and try Get it Done to your hearts desire. We are sure you'll love it so much you'll continue to use it and will upgrade to one of our paid accounts that suits your situation.

Is this a long term commitment? Can I change my subscription?

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account any time you want. You can make these changes in your account settings page once you've completed signup.

What payment types do you accept? What currency can I use?

We operate globally and that means we accept many different payment methods (100+), which include credit card, bank-debit and many others.

You will find a full list on the payment page during signup. We also support 35+ currencies. Our payment system automatically selects the correct settings for your location. Your payment is secured with SSL (the same banks use for online banking).

Do your prices include taxes?

The displayed prices are excluding tax. We are required to charge taxes in several countries. If your country requires us to charge tax, we charge you the local rate. You will find those charges detailed in the payment overview, before you make payment.

Can I pay for longer term in advance?

Yes, this is possible. You can pay for a years service in advance. Please contact support before you create your account. Please note: we do not refund partial subscription period fees.

What if the Team XL account isn't sufficient for our needs?

Get it Done is designed to be used with multiple accounts. So you can create an additional account and give each account it's own focus (depending on the organizational context). If this does not work for you, please contact support.

How does your cancelation and refund policy work?

You pay-as-you-go and can cancel at anytime. You pay for your account when you signup and are billed each month after, unless you cancel. If you cancel you will not be billed again. We do not refund partial monthly subscription fees.

What are the system requirements for Get it Done?

Get it Done is accessed over the internet through a web browser. We support Firefox 2 or later (for Mac, PC and Linux), Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later (for PC) and Safari 1 or later (for Mac) and works best with a screen resolution of at least 1024x768.
